We've known Debbie for two decades and know how deeply she cares about Muskoka. Her blend of local expertise, environmental advocacy, and dedication to improving daily life here is hard to find these days. Re-electing Debbie Vernon as town councillor is vital to ensuring our community continues to have the strong voice we need for the future.

The Friends of the Muskoka Watershed wouldn't be where it is today without Debbie Vernon's hard work, commitment and vision. Because I'm sure she would bring the same commitment, vision and experience to a role on town council, she will be getting my vote.

I have known Debbie for many years as someone who is honest, highly ethical, and an excellent listener. A group of citizens from Muskoka and Simcoe county wanted to place a commemorative art piece in the Huronia Regional Cemetery. Debbie did an amazing job of organizing the group and employing a renowned Muskoka artist to fulfil the dream. If re-elected I assure you Debbie will listen and persist to accomplish good things for all.

Debbie is an active advocate for those who’s voice is often not heard. We support and recognize her dedication to issues of the environment. She is a woman of advocacy and action.
